Welcome to my rooting season

Dear Friends,
This is the beginning of my new season in life and I am excited to share it with you.
Moving to France has felt life stepping into fresh soil - a place where old weeds have been pulled away, making room for something new to root.
For many years, I carried habits, wounds and distractions which tangled me like overgrown weeds in a garden. Slowly, patiently I have been working to clear them and I am happy to share this with you.
I find myself now with fresh soil, ready to plant seeds of something more life fulfilling and fruitful. This is what I call my 'Rooting season'. I am no longer rushing in full blooms to impress others, or offering my fruits to people before the time is right. It is about tending to the small daily actions..
learning a new word in French,
cooking a simple meal with love,
spending a few quiet moments in prayer,
walking slowly with my dog and noticing the world around me.
Each of these are a seed. They are small, invisible, almost but full of promise. I trust with care, patience and God's light, they will grow into something beautiful in time.
I invite you to walk alongside me in this season. Maybe you are also tending your own soil — removing weeds, planting seeds, waiting for quiet growth. If so, you are welcome here.
What seed will you plant today? I would love to hear.
With warmth,
Teresa
